The NRF Foundation is partnering with Old Navy’s This Way ONward program to connect RISE Up training partners and credentialed learners with opportunities at Old Navy.

“Our NRF Foundation RISE Up training and credentialing program provides foundational employability skills to help people land jobs and get promoted in retail and beyond,” says Adam Lukoskie, NRF Foundation Vice President. “Partnering with Old Navy’s This Way ONward program is another great way we’re helping connect people who earn RISE Up credentials with jobs in their communities.”

Just like the NRF Foundation RISE Up program, Old Navy’s This Way ONward is unlocking career potential, one person at a time. Through one-on-one mentorship, coaching, and on-the-job skill building, This Way ONward provides a career rocket to a more secure future, partnering with community-based organizations across North America.

“As an intentional approach to talent recruitment and development at Old Navy, This Way ONward helps Gap Inc. create accessible pathways for economic advancement,” says Michelle Weber, Vice President of HR for Old Navy. “We’re excited to be teaming up with the NRF Foundation RISE Up program to bring these opportunities to more communities across America.”
